Oatmeal Cookies
4.5 cups oats
2 cups almond flour
1 cup Tapioca starch
1 cup maple syrup
½ cup peanut oil
¼ tsp ground vanilla bean
1 cup pecan pieces
Dash of salt and cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375º. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Mix everything together really well. Then drop even amounts of cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown. Check on them when you can smell them.
