This recipe is a standard sauce, your favorite toppings and just leave off the cheese. The best part is the crust. Two ingredients, plastic wrap and a rolling pin and the pizza is your masterpiece!
1 cup Kirkland Signature Blanched Almond Flour
3/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Tapioca Starch
1 tsp Pink Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano, Basil optional
Mix with a wire whisk until sifted together and add in 2-3 tablespoons water at a time until the dough combines and holds together and you can form it into a ball. Be careful not to add too much water or the mix will become soupy.
Put the ball of dough in-between two sheets of plastic wrap and roll out into desired shape and thickness. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake at 425º until crust is golden and crispy.
