The first class will be the Shopping. You will receive a shopping list of your replacement items. Then we will shop the store and talk about all the replacement ingredients you will use to create all your favorite dishes Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free.
Much like The Deceptive Chef posts, take your favorite recipes and learn how to replace the Gluten, Dairy and Sugar with alternatives and still be able to make the same meal you grew up loving to eat.
