It has been quite a while since I have posted about anything, especially an amazing product. My last post was for Halsa Oatgurt, and sadly, even with $4 million in sales a year, they were unable to sustain production. What does that tell you?! It was hard for me not to see them on the shelves, and I mourned the loss.
However, the world does not stop spinning, and entrepreneurs don’t stop preneuring. I was lucky enough to find these wonderful cheese alternatives made by Treeline Cheesemakers in my local natural market and also at Whole Foods. They are OUTSTANDING!! And shout out to alternative stores for finding great new options. Much gratitude.

The cheddar is sharp, the goat cheese is gross (which means perfect because I don’t like goat cheese), the ricotta is a gift to lasagna and stuffed ravioli, and the mozzarella is melty and gooey and makes a pizza joyful.

I have not eaten cheese in over twenty years, and having spent time learning how to make cashew cheese for my raw chef’s credentials, I can tell you, it is not easy, and Treeline has perfected the art.
I have not even mentioned the sour cream, creamy dip, and cream cheese. All spectacular and just the experience you want. You don’t need to be dairy intolerant to make the switch. Just simply because it is a better ingredient and you can seamlessly switch to a healthier you with just as much joy!
My favorite is the French-style cheese, and I have that with crackers for lunch every day, along with some celery. I know, celery is not popular, but I just love the salty, no-calorie crunch.

So the next time you are shopping and cheese is on the list, try Treeline, you won’t be disappointed, and the more they sell, the longer they can keep making a fantastic alternative that eats like the real deal but better. And frankly, most of the fake cheese is just that, fake. Not tasty, full of harmful ingredients, and just plain awful.
This is not a paid advert of any kind, but sure, if Treeline sees this and wants to keep me in cheese, I won’t say no. I am sharing this post so folks can SHOP for a better ingredient, to eat for a better life for yourselves and the planet. We are what we eat!
