There are so many ways to make Swordfish and so many reasons why. It really is the Chicken of the Sea. It is a very close replacement.

You can cut it and dredge through garbanzo bean flour and fry to make “chicken strips”. Blacken, poach or sear , they will all give you an incredible protein to marry with any veg!
