Chocolate Cake layered with Raw Strawberry Mousse, Gluten, Dairy and Sugar free. This was a VERY enjoyable dessert. The cake recipe is Hershey’s Perfectly Chocolate Cake. (It really is the perfect chocolate cake.)
Follow the recipe exactly replacing the 1 and 3/4 cup flour with 1 cup Brown rice flour and 3/4 cup Sweet Rice and the 2 cups sugar with 2 cups Coconut Sugar.
Create a raw strawberry cheesecake (like at welikeitraw.com) and let set in a freezer bag no crust. Once set cut the corner to create a tip to pipe out cheesecake. Layer cake, mousse, cake mousse and top with a fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
