Best Bagel Buns ever!

As promised, The Deceptive Chef’s ~ Bagel Buns Recipe.

3 cups Manini’s Papa’s Pane Gluten Free Flour blend (do not substitute)
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 egg or 1/ 1/2 tsp egg replacer
2 tablespoons Chia seeds, Honey and Olive Oil
1 tbspn Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar w/ Mother
1 tsp salt

Manini Bagel Buns

Directions: Combine all dry ingredients except the Chia seeds in a large bowl. In a 2 cup measuring cup combine all wet ingredients and the Chia seeds. Mix well and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix by hand until well combined and drop bun size shapes of dough onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 425º for approx 20-25 min or until golden brown on top and bottom. Let cool completely and store in a zip lock bag in the fridge.
