This recipe is just three ingredients but I won’t lie, it will take you about 30-40 minutes to make. If you have a stand mixer, set it and forget it but if you have a hand mixer, just know, you are in for a bit of time.
1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Organic Garbanzo Bean liquid aka Aquafaba
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Add all the ingredients in to a chilled bowl and beat until it becomes a nice whipped cream consistency.
• You can also use this as the egg portion for a Genoise sponge cake.
