I had a wonderful time catering another wedding! This was on a boat with limited space so the best options were finger foods and tapas. A few items I made were BL – Stuffed tomatoes, Roasted Red Pepper dip, crab dip, my famous Pop overs 3 varieties; fresh herb, apple bacon and jalapeno mint. Moroccan Date Bon Bons, Spicy Truffles, and raw cinnamon cupcakes with orange maple frosting.
