Use any pie crust recipe exchanging wheat flour with 60% Sweet White Rice Flour and 40% Brown Rice Flour and a vegetable shortening for butter.
The dough does not roll out so pat it into an oiled baking dish and pre-bake until just not doughy. Follow a good quiche recipe substituting water for milk and oil for butter. Also add 2 heaping spoons of Vegenaise. and wisk to combine then add veggies.
