I had the most fun catering a wedding for 50 and here are a few of the items I made that were received with great accolades! The majority of the menu was comprised of the best foods on earth. A Mediterranean spread including Souvlaki beef and chicken skewers, my famous pulled pork with coleslaw (a bride request) and plenty of fresh veggies with great dips. Just to name a few….
