Dehydration – Baking but slower and lower

Dehydration is a great way to “bake”. The same as baking, it remove water but does so a such a low temperature, the food keeps it’s nutrition. Try to make a cracker or crouton in a dehydrator and just see how good you feel after enjoying vs. a traditionally baked item. Or perhaps you would like to flavor nuts or mushrooms for a garnish in a dish.
