Spice a can of black beans with 2-3 tsps cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric, garlic powder and a touch of salt, pepper and honey. Simmer with any vegetables you like. I did a small amount of red and orange bell peppers, lots of spinach and finished with cilantro. Dress with avocado slices. Sadly, I did not have an avocado. Don’t let that happen to you!
